Arlington Square
At the start of 2024, Aircool UK was appointed by C&S for the fit out of the HVAC system on the ground floor of Arlington Square in Bracknell. As installed previously within the building, Daikin was the preferred manufacturer. Aircool UK supplied and installed two separate VRV systems to each zone on the floor. An existing AHU was retrofitted providing fresh air to the back of the ducted fan coils.
Austin Friars
Aircool UK was appointed as the Mechanical contractor on this project in the summer of 2022 undertaking the supply and installation of the air conditioning and ventilation. The building comprises of over five floors with front and rear offices on each floor. Each floor has a separate Mitsubishi Electric VRF system serving the front and rear offices with PEFY Ducted indoor units throughout. Lossnay units provide the air changes required to provide a comfortable working environment.

Indirock Southend
This was an exciting project undertaken by Aircool UK which required liaising and planning with the main contractor EDC. Indirock’s climbing boulder walls in the heart of Southend are continually challenging the strength and endurance of all that undertake them. With this in mind, careful planning of the mechanical installation was required to ensure the safety of the climbers were unobstructed by the services installed if they reached the top.
The HVAC system comprised of a Mitsubishi Electric VRF with Cassette indoor units installed throughout the floor. A Flakt AHU provides the air changes via large rectangular duct work which was installed to a very high standard by our air conditioning engineers.

Imparando UK
The Imparando city of London learning centre is a central London IT training facility. The training rooms are spread over three floors with each floor providing heating and cooling from its own VRV system. Each training room has its own cassette unit along with a heat
recovery unit to provide fresh air. All rooms have their own controls so that the system can operate to the required temperature for individuals using it.
On completion of this project we have kept a good working relationship with the client and currently have a maintenance contract in place so we are able to keep their equipment working to its full potential.
ZSL London Zoo
In recent years we have carried out many works for ZSL London Zoo, which include the refurbishment of the Reptile Enclosure and Animal Hospital. Both projects included the installation of new air conditioning equipment to suit the needs of the animals. This involved much planning with ZSL so we could minimise disruption to the general welfare of the animals and also the running of the zoo. We also maintained the air conditioning equipment for the rest of the site and were on call so we maintained a safe environment for the animals at all times.
Landmark
Landmark are a flexible workspace office letting company and have many sites based all over the UK. Our work ranges from new air conditioning installations to general maintenance of existing equipment. We have also been involved in the re-configuration of existing air conditioning to suit new layouts of the office for the needs of the new client taking over the lease of the floor.
